City Tripping Christmas break

I’m not sure who was more ready for the school holidays to begin – my thoroughly tired five-year-old or myself. This December seems to have been even more manic than usual. But we’ve finished on a high note.

A nighttime Christmas scene from Germany with a lit-up carousel, Christmas tree and church spire in the background - the City Tripping linky takes a break until the New Year

Last week’s 100th linky was our most popular since July and lots of entries for the lovely prizes from Lonely Planet – winners are now displayed on the widget. So as I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s still got wrapping and last-minute emergency shopping still to do (I’m not, right?), it’s time for a well-deserved break for the City Tripping linky until the New Year.

Thank you to everyone who linked up in 2017, we’ve loved reading about your adventures and getting inspiration to book new city trips, and the next linky will be back here on Tuesday January 9 – I hope the next three weeks holds a new city adventure for you.

And if you can’t go quite that long without a bit of city-related reading, these are our favourites from last week’s linky.
